James 5:7 "Exercise patience brothers until the presence of
the Lord. Look! The farmer is receiving the precious fruit of the earth,
exercising patience over it until he gets the early rain (spring) and
then the late rain (autumn )."
These words were written by James to his true spirit anointed brothers about 60 CE, reveal an understanding by him of how God's harvest would develop. The first century period of Jesus association with the spirit anointed ones selected by his Father was coming close to its end only some ten more years to go for these ones.
James directs these words to his contemporary associates in order to not only encourage his 'brothers' but also to remind them of their position in an over all plan for the harvesting of selected fruits of mankind of which they formed a part.
A careful, examination of the various aspects of the harvesting referred to in these few loaded words reveals the following:-
The Farmer is God. The Hired Farm Worker sent out to sow the fields is Jesus. "The sower is the Son of a man" Mat 13:37.
The Farm owned by the farmer, are the growing fields of the earth, the earth's population of mankind, "The field is the world" Mat 13:38. The Farmer owns the world of mankind by right of creating it, although this issue is in contestation by those in opposition to him.
The Seeds given by the farmer to the farm worker is the information about the Kingdom plan given by the Father to his son Jesus (Mat 13:24). To be distributed or sown by the sower Jesus at the correct time for planting, (1 Cor 9:10). The Planting Time specified by God to Jesus was 29 to 33 CE.
The Precious Fruit of the Earth is the good seed that grows to full maturity. It is the 144,000 bought from the earth. "Fruit gathered together for everlasting life" John 4:36. "The fine seeds are the Sons of the Kingdom" Mat 13:38.
The Harvests we are told are conclusions of Systems of things, (Mat 13:39). The growing cycle in Israel had two harvest periods the first in the spring the second in the summer.
The Early Rain was the waters of truth that came through the special spirit power of Jesus to make the seed grow that had fallen on good receptive soil the good heart of an appreciating and motivated individual, (Heb 6:7-8, 1 John 5:6). "Unless anyone is born from water and spirit he cannot enter the Kingdom of God" John 3:5. "Whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never get thirsty at all ... it will become a stream of water out of him giving everlasting life" John 4:14 (compare John 7:38).
The First Harvest took place before the end of the Jewish system of things. These were the first fruits to be gathered in by Jesus and continued on until the Jewish system ended in 70 CE. "In fulfilment of his own purpose he (God) gave us a birth by the word of truth to enable us to be some of his first fruit creatures," for the Kingdom administration. Once they had individual sacrificed their lives they sleep in death until the resurrection and time for them to join their positions in the Kingdom government, (James 1:18 Rom 8:23, 11:16, 1 Cor 15:20).
The Farmer Patiently Waits for the 'second rains' to fall in order to produce a second harvest or second fruits. After the first generation period ended following the destruction of the Jewish nation by the Romans in 70 CE their would be no more special rain to raise up fruits for nearly 2000 years until Jesus starts to inspect the world religious system and causes to fall rains containing new waters of truth information. According to the chronology this should start again in 2033.
"Until the Presence of the Lord". The writer James was aware of Jesus presence with them during that first century period so the fact that the writer used the future tense for this 'presence' indicates he is referring to Jesus second returned presence which according to the parallel chronology starts in 2033 when he is to be crowed King of kings at his coronation.
"And then the Late Rain". When Jesus starts to become active towards the earth's affairs in 2029 he again powers up knowledge of revealed truth. Clarifying the situation and events to occur over the next 'Generation' presence period before it ends in this world system coming to its close.
New "rain" waters refreshing the soil of the hearts of responsive humans. The seeds of truth contained within the Christian Greek scriptures softened with this 'new rain' water starts to sprout and grow in the hearts of people. Growing into mature candidates for Kingdom selection making up a second group of 'second fruits' to the Kingdom.
A these seeds should be ready for adoption as Sons of the Kingdom by 2033 when the Parallel Pentecost time comes round. When another group of individuals will receive the anointing spirit at this time?
The revealing spirit had shown
James information on the recruiting for the Kingdom 144,000 King/Priests
taking place in two separated harvest times. It is only when the Late Rain
starts to fall that we will fully understand the situation again.
James 5:7 "Exercise patience
brothers until the presence of the Lord. Look! The farmer is receiving
the precious fruit of the earth, exercising patience over it until he
gets the early rain (spring) and then the late rain (autumn )."
