Chapter 12, The Plan Restored, Armageddon survivors joined by early resurrected, death disease cured, Great Jubilee starts 3033.

One generation after the Kingdom administration is set up and ruling from the heavens it takes over oversees the earth's land territories. The evidence suggests that this administration will correct climatic extremes on earth by returning much of the waters contained in the great oceans covering more than two thirds of the earth's surface to their benign pre-flood condition. Vaporised back into a suspended atmospheric layer in so doing reclaiming vast areas of land surface for cultivating and inhabiting formally submerged. This atmospheric layer has a greenhouse effect on the earths surface spreading an even temperature out from the equator towards the polar regions lowering the burning equatorial temperatures and raising the cold northern and southern regions. This protective water canopy possibly suspended ice form was original set in place some 35,000 years earlier Gen 1:6-7 God stated: “Let an expanse come to be in between the waters and let a dividing occur between the waters and the waters.” 7 Then God proceeded to make the expanse and to make a division between the waters that should be beneath the expanse and the waters that should be above the expanse. And it came to be so. (see Appendix 8A Climate mechanism removed)

In 2 Peter 3:5 the apostle writes: "There were in ancient times a heavens (atmosphere) and an earth standing compactly out of water and in the midst of water by the instructions of God", Peter is here referring back to this pre-flood heavens or atmosphere that incorporated a water canopy and an old pre-flood earth without the great oceans we have today.

Peter reminds us in verse 6 that this former world suffered destruction at the time of the breaking up of this water canopy and its descending on the earth as a world destroying 'deluge' "By which means the world of that time suffered destruction when it was deluged with water". In verse 7, he goes on to say: "But by the same instructions the heavens and the earth that exist now, are stored up for fire and are being reserved to the day of judgement and of destruction of the ungodly men" .

Turning to the present condition of our atmosphere without its protective canopy. Peter says the earth and its atmosphere are both reserved for 'Fire'! In verse 10 he continues saying: "The heavens, (the earths atmosphere as it exists today), will pass away with a hissing noise, the elements becoming intensely hot will be dissolved". In verses 12-13, he says: "The heavens (the atmosphere) becoming on fire, will be released, and the elements will become intensely hot and melt. Then a new heavens (a new atmosphere), and a new earth (without the present oceans) would result for which we are awaiting according to God's promise".

This description bears the hallmark of a possible massive controlled release of nuclear energy which could evaporation much of the earth's oceans, lifting huge amounts of water vapour back to their former suspended ice state. This would cause the restoration of atmospheric and climatic conditions similar to those that existed prier to the pre-flood world. Interestingly it is this new third heaven that Paul gets a privileged sight of in a vision (2 Cor 12:2-4).

Global warming is apparently slowly melting the polar ice caps. At the present melt rate scientists estimate they will be completely melted in approximately 50 years time (c2057). This fits the time table for vaporising ocean waters to restore the earths ice canopy. In order to accomplish this the vast amounts of water held locked in polar ice will need melting into the oceans. Are preparations already underway for these future events?

At first Adam was settled in a pristine upgraded territory. This area was an example of the standard God set to which he required the entire earth to be developed. When Adam joined the independence rebellion even this perfect 'sample' area was lost, and the entire job has been neglected.

Kingdom rule starts in 2033 after less than a forty year bible 'generation' of time it takes over its last to be conquered territories the earth in 2073. Under the Kingdom's rulership the earth will undergo a refurbishment up to the standard of the lost example. The environment will again become perfectly balanced, promoting the best of conditions for its inhabitants. Adamic death disease will be eliminated, the ageing process humans now have to endure will no longer creep over them eventually killing them. Human death cells will not overcome them as the environment under the control of the Kingdom administration will be finely tuned for promoting a healthy and sustained life.

Rev 22:1-2 And he showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, flowing out from the throne of God and of the Lamb 2 down the middle of its broad way. And on this side of the river and on that side were trees of life producing twelve crops of fruit, yielding their fruits each month. And the leaves of the trees were for the curing of the nations.

The ransom sacrifice "death cure" will now be applied on behalf of all earth's inhabitants raising them to the perfect standard set for God's Sons, physically, mentally and morally bringing them into his family. Continual ever lasting life is, and has always been the state for 'Sons' of God these family members co-operate in promoting his standards and projects for the entire family.

Romans 5:21 To what end? That, just as sin ruled as king with death, likewise also undeserved kindness might rule as king through righteousness with everlasting life in view through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:23 For the wages sin pays is death, but the gift God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord.

From 2073 the new earth's population will initially be made up of a great crowd of loyal Kingdom individuals who survive the Armageddon war. They are soon to be joined by those receiving an early 'better' earthly resurrection. These first earthly resurrected ones will have also proved their allegiance to God by actively supporting theocracy during their lives when ever the lived through out the previous 6,000 years of human history. They also have received God's mark of approval on their foreheads and in their hands rather than mans '666' nationalistic mark, (Rev 13:18 14:9,11). How many thousands or hundreds of thousands are privy to this first resurrection time will reveal.

With this God approved loyal population the earth will be reconstruction, all resources will be positively directed to this end. Although the original time allocation for developing the earth has been reduced from 7,000 years to a little less than 1,000 years due to the interrupting rebellion, the Kingdom rulership will make good and sure it is completed on time. By the year 3033 one thousand years after the Kingdom administration starts to rule it will have accomplished all its assigned projects and brought all things up to Gods approved standard.

These inhabitants of the earth working with God within the 1,000 year Kingdom administration, will eventually have the opportunity, once having proved their loyalty beyond doubt, to feed from the symbolic trees of life. This same opportunity would have been available to Adam if he had remained loyal. Once he became a resister to God (a Satan) the opportunity was beyond his reach Gen 3:24 And so he drove the man out and posted at the east of the garden of Eden the cherubs and the flaming blade of a sword that was turning itself continually to guard the way to the tree of life. By the time the King of kings has shepherded the inhabitants of the earth to the trees of life he will have accomplished his special 1,000 year assignment.

In the year 3033 this King of kings hands back over the reins to his God. At 1 Corinthians 15:24-28 Paul refers to this hand over: "He hands over the Kingdom to his God.. when he has brought to nothing all government, authority and power. For he rules as King until God has put all enemies under his feet. Then the last enemy death is abolished. For God subjected all things under his feet..then the Son himself will also subject himself (to God)..that God may be all things to everyone". After completing his 1,000 years of Kingdom rulership having restored all things to God's intended objective, he hands it over to his God all completed by the year 3033. There then follows a further unique 1,000 year day the Great Jubilee.

Earlier the pattern of the Jewish Jubilee was examined. It was a time for setting things straight. All matters of a legal nature needing redressing were attended to. The universal court case issue over independent 'Right to Rule' prosecuted by the rebels, will have the verdict settled in God's favour during the Great Jubilee. These judicial rulings will be placed on record and made available to invoked at any future date in setting any things straight that may come up. All humans exercising freewill need to choose their position in relation to this universal issue. The evidence collected over 6,000 years has already been presented by reliable witnesses. God's right to rule will have been completely vindicated, man's attempts at rulership proven a miserable failure. All who have not already done so must choose either to ignore the courts evidence and ruling, or accept it, adjust their positions and come into line supporting God's rulership; it is every individuals free choice.

The spirit creatures who moved over during the war in heaven to back the Kingdom at the time of its installation and setting up 2029 through to 2033 have made their positive choice to support theocracy. The 144,000 recruited during the two special gathering periods on earth made their choice of loyalty by serving God to their deaths. The 'great crowd' of Armageddon survivors during the "last generation period" will have made their choice to support God's rulership. Those included in the "better" earthly resurrection of the 'righteous' after Armageddon chose to support and serve God during their life times before dying the Adamic death. These groups have all proven by action their loyalty to God, they are true theocrats and so rightfully included in God's family.

There still remains a large group who have not yet proved their positions, this group makes up the mass of mankind, the billions at this time asleep in the grave. During the Great 1,000 year Jubilee, these are given their ransomed second chance to choose which camp they wish to join; the loyal theocratic camp or the independent rebel camp, they are then dealt with according to their choice.

Revelation 20:5 say: "The rest of the dead did not come to life until the 1,000 years (reign) were over". These ones are described as 'unrighteous', having done nothing right from God's viewpoint to their credit. Through ignorance, attitude, bad education, deception, negative pressures, selfishness, etc, these ones find themselves in a dangerous position.

Acts 24:15 there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

Nevertheless the ransom sacrifice has purchased 'all' mankind, including these ones. This group having manifest positions from neutral to aggressive opposition numbers billions. While living in a God alienated world failed through what ever reason to gain any true knowledge or exercise unprejudiced free choice in favour of God.

1Tim 2:6, who gave himself a corresponding ransom for al, which is to be witnessed to at its own particular times. 1Cor 15:-22-24 For just as in Adam all are dying, so also in the Christ all will be made alive. 23 But each one in his own rank: Christ the first fruits, afterward those who belong to the Christ during his presence. 24 Next, the end, when he hands over the kingdom to his God and Father, when he has brought to nothing all government and all authority and power.

These become the very last group to be resurrected, as 1 Corinthians 15:23 says "Each one (is resurrected) in his own order, the first fruits, afterward those who belong to the Christ .. (24) Then the rest (or last ones) when he hands over the Kingdom to his God." Verse 26 confirms that the last act of the King brings Adamic death to an end by emptying all humans from its hold in the grave, or Hades.

This final earthly mass resurrection takes place at the beginning of a 'judgement' or judging period John 5:28 hour is coming when all in the grave 29, come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practised vile things to a resurrection of judgement. The judging is not based on their actions before they died, they have been acquitted of their personal and Adamic sins undergoing the punitive sentence of death Romans 6:7 For he who has died has been acquitted from sin. It would be a complete waste of time to go to the trouble of resurrecting billions of people only to automatically re-execute them for the same crimes they had already paid the death penalty for!

Those involved in this mass human resurrection will, during the 1,000 year Great Jubilee be presented with the recorded historical evidence of the 6,000 year court case and brought up to date on the developments in God's plans since their deaths. They will be provided information on how all things are to be straightened out, given sufficient time to learn but then they must each decide where they personally stand over the same issues.

Resurrected with perfect physical bodies, God would be incapable of remaking them with partially corrupt bodies with faults and defects of Adamic age wear for which they will have paid the death penalty. It is not the physical body that is the major factor, it is the mental and moral attitude that is all important.

Adam was perfect physically but by no means, morally or spiritually. In fact Jesus indicated that negative attitudes would almost certainly carry on and be manifest by many after their resurrection continuing in their opposition to God. If they do they will eventually receive the ultimate sanction

Matthew 23:33 “Serpents, offspring of vipers, how are you to flee from the judgement of Gehenna?.

Once the billions of 'unrighteous' mankind have been brought back to life by the credit application of the ransom sacrifice, receive training and education, the next move is up to them. Will they repeat the course of rebellion in selfish refusal to accept Yahweh as their God, continuing to following their own independent courses through whatever self induced desire they may cultivate? Or will they appreciate the need for the Fathers guidance and rules in order to support and harmonise the entire family, and will they then desire to be a part of it?

James 1:14-15 says: "Each one is tried by being drawn out and enticed by his own desire,.the desire when it becomes fertile, gives birth to sin; in turn, sin when it has been accomplished, brings forth death". During the Great 1,000 year Jubilee each will manifest their desire, for or against God's theocracy. The same adversaries will be present trying to influence their choice as was the case 1,000 years earlier between 2029 and 2033 when the populations of the spirit realm had to commit to a choice as to where they stood on these same issues.

Revelation 20:1-3 describes events lined up for the rebel leader Satan, following his imprisonment in an abyss for the period of the Kingdom's reign over the earth, it says: "That he might not mislead the nations anymore until the 1,000 years were ended. After these things he must be let loose for a little while".

When the mass resurrection of humans takes place Satan will also be released for a period of time; "As soon as the 1,000 years have ended, Satan will be let loose out of his prison, and he will go out to mislead those nations in the four corners of the earth,..to gather them together for the war. The number..is as the sand of the sea, they advanced over the..earth and encircled the camp of the holy ones and the beloved city. But fire came down out of heaven and devoured them. And the Devil who is misleading them was hurled into the lake of fire and sulphur" Revelation 20:7-10.

The same attack of lying propaganda will again be poured out by this released adversary, resorting to the same old arguments. 'Independence is better than slavery to God! You choose what's best for you, you do not have to stay in servitude to God! If it seems right to you, go for it, its your life you judge'.

Of these billions resurrected, despite the amazing things they personally experience, the scriptures confirm by far the majority will be negatively influenced. Drawn out by their own desires, they manifest their position by their actions, once they commit the 'unforgivable sin', they like Adam, receive the only possible eventuality, extinction of their lives (the lake of fire).

All who come to their senses will be encouraged to become part of the family of God and support it, getting their names written into the book of life. Once these resurrected ones have divided into their choice of camps, the rebel division will swell in numbers with an intake of billions of earthly independence rebels 'as the sands of the sea' (Rev 20:8). The entire earth will be covered with newly formed independent rebellious nations. These manifest hatred toward the loyal theocrats on earth and move to make war on them, endeavouring to stamp them out and take complete control of the earth. These independence rebels out number the earthly loyal theocrats to the extent that they 'surrounded' them.

Rev 20:7-9 Now as soon as the thousand years have been ended, Satan will be let loose out of his prison, 8 and he will go out to mislead those nations in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Ma´gog, to gather them together for the war. The number of these is as the sand of the sea. 9 And they advanced over the breadth of the earth and encircled the camp of the holy ones and the beloved city. But fire came down out of heaven and devoured them..

In the Jewish Jubilee model the trumpet of liberty was sounded on the 10th of Tishri 28th September, Lev 25:9 (in the 50th year) you must cause the horn of loud tone to sound in the seventh month on the tenth of the month; on the day of atonement you people should cause the horn to sound in all your land. This was half way through the Jewish year. It could well signify that during the first half of the Great 1,000 year Jubilee the national independent system will be allowed to build up for some 500 years throughout the earth. Once war is declared they make their attack, then God's enforcement agencies step in. Satan is permanently destroyed, his billions of resurrected earthly supporters having manifest their opposition are judged and sentenced to execution, permanently removed in the symbolic 'lake of fire'. They will have wasted their second chance there will be no more. Each of these will have individually committed the "unforgivable sin" and reap its consequences.

Rev 20:12-15 And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and scrolls were opened. But another scroll was opened; it is the scroll of life. And the dead were judged out of those things written in the scrolls according to their deeds. 13 And the sea gave up those dead in it, and death and Hades gave up those dead in them, and they were judged individually according to their deeds. 14 And death and Hades were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire. 15 Furthermore, whoever was not found written in the book of life was hurled into the lake of fire.

All spirit and humankind, will by now have chosen which camp they support. If they choose wisely they gain great benefits, if stupidly then based on the evidence presented in the Great Court Case, they are justifiably and permanently removed. These court records now stand for all time, any future 'would be' independence rebel can be shown the records and hopefully change their course. If they persist, they will be dealt with and removed. The court precedents cover every eventuality, no new or further legal arguments are possible.

By the end of the 1,000 year Jubilee in 4033, all aspects of the last phase of the creative plan will have been accomplished. The 50,000 year cycle will have come to completion. From now on God's future plans can go forward with a full family of tried and tested loyal Sons, spirit and human. Never again will rebellion be tolerated or corruption of any part of God's family. With this positive future 1 Corinthians 2:9 provides an exciting prospect: "Eye has not seen and ear has not heard neither have there been conceived in the heart of man the things that God has prepared for those who love him".

The start of the most exciting events ever to occur are poised. We are at the threshold of developments that will stand as monuments in history for all time. Evidence of the spirit 'helper' should soon be available, correcting errors, clarify events, revealing further things, knots untied.

"So what happens now?" Identify the John the Baptist preparing vehicle straightening understanding. He receives a great deal of Joy as a friend of the bridegroom preparing potential members of the bride to find the bridegroom (John 3: 28-30). God's witness will be announcing events about to commence on the earth specially to those wishing to prepare themselves with discerning eyes Luke 3: 4-5 ... “Listen! Someone is crying out in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way of Yahweh you people, make his roads straight. 5 Every gully must be filled up, and every mountain and hill levelled down, and the curves must become straight ways and the rough places smooth ways;

By seeking the Kingdom first in their lives, becoming aware of the advances in knowledge it will become possible to get in line and prepare for the events to come (Acts 1:4, John 14:15-19). The information in these chapters will be revised and cleaned many times in the remaining years ahead, straightening further understandings, filling in missing knowledge and removing errors in order to focus directly on the issues at the correct time.

All people of good will toward God are invited to rove about in the scriptures, use discernment in order to find pearls of high value (Matthew 13:45-46). As we get closer to the time referred to as the last days, true bible knowledge will become abundant, Daniel 12:4 “And as for you, O Daniel, make secret the words and seal up the book, until the time of the end. Many will rove about, and true knowledge will become abundant.” Dan 12 9-10 ..“Go, Daniel, because the words are made secret and sealed up until the time of [the] end. 10 Many will cleanse themselves and whiten themselves and will be refined. ... the ones having insight will understand.

Some will prepare to leave old religions when the time arrives. Follow the cleared straightening road advertise and pass on this new information to others of good will. Looking forward to the time when the "presence" restarts identified by the activation of the promised spirit. This 'helper' when it arrives will fully equip these specially selected individuals with new knowledge particularly on the book of Revelation. Those with keen 'eyes' will scan like eagles, for the evidence of the presence of the body of the Messiah, (Luke 17:37, Mat 24: 27-28). They will understand what this "body" is and how to identify and locate it moving in to enjoy a spiritual feast (Rom 12:4-8 1Cor 12:-31). "Who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over his domestics, to give them their food at the proper time? 46 Happy is that slave if his master on arriving finds him doing so. 47 Truly I say to you, He will appoint him over all his belongings Mat 24:45-47".
