Inevitably some would think they could do better through self-centred motivation choosing to develop their own 'image', determining their own standards, making their own choices. They weighed up their choices made free will decisions and then rationalised the situation. Unfortunately, as we have seen, key individuals chose bad decisions and creation has suffered ever since. "All creation keeps groaning together and being in pain together until now" (Romans 8:22,). The truth had to be separated from the lies.

1. God enforces his will by pressuring family members to obey his rulings because he is more powerful; the family creator rules us through his might and is therefore a tyrant.

2. God states that his way is the only way, without giving us an alternative choice; therefore the family Father is an oppressive dictator.

3. God claims his way is the only correct way, without providing proof; God could be lying to his family, he could be a liar. We may well be able to do it successfully independent of Him.

Within the contingency plan, enough time was allocated for this grand universal court case to prove the issues beyond doubt and for all time. The case records would then stand as legal precedent for ever. They can and will be sighted as case history to any would-be future challengers to God's rulership and truthfulness. Any future accusations, charges or arguments could be immediately dealt with by referring to the recorded evidence in the transcripts of the court case thus avoiding further stress and pain to the family that could result from allowing ongoing individual challengers the opportunity to prove their case.

Once God has presented and proved his case, the evidence will be on record that neither spiritkind nor humankind, can successfully govern themselves independently of the higher authority, Yahweh. In order to establish this truth, the court case required time to hear all relevant evidence from both parties, plaintiff and defendant. The evidence on each argument needs to be laid out and examined so that a fair, just and true verdict could be obtained.

Based on a concoction of lies (John 8:44) the first man voluntarily placed himself, his wife and the human family under a death sentence. As the rest of mankind were born after the first human couple were exiled from God's garden estate they could only pass onto their offspring, us, their shabby substandard estate. This included death through wearing out or ageing. As Romans 5:12 say: "Just as disobedience (sin) came into the world through one man, and death, it spread to all because they all inherited this death due to his disobedience (sin)". The results of his actions are now severely felt by us all. As each generation passes the accumulated genetic defects are becoming a heavy burden. 

Although Adam lived for 930 human years (Genesis 5:5 5 So all the days of Adam that he lived amounted to nine hundred and thirty years and he died), he still died within a 'God day' period of 1,000 years, "In the day you rebel you will die" (Gen 3:10-14)."A day to God is as a 1,000 years" (2 Peter 3:8) One of the original understandings of the word "day" is a period of time, in the same way that we would today say "in the day of the steam engine" meaning the age of or period of the steam engine. At the time that death sentence was pronounced he started to die as a consequence of his actions. It was also stated that the actions of the instigator of the rebellion from spiritkind would lead to his destruction.

The first generations of the human race being closer related to the originally perfect physique of the first human couple inherited few genetic imperfections. The human genetic code had little time and few generations to mutate from its pristine start. This was one of the major reasons allowing much longer life spans over the first ten generations than we experience today. Other devolving factors came along later to cut the life spans down even more dramatically.

All creation, spiritual and physical, were now involved in the issues of the court case that was to follow. The case to be proven by the laws of justice were whether God was truthful or a liar when he said that the continuation of life depended upon him, and that this fact justified his right to rule all creation as he claimed, or on the other hand, whether the rebels could justifiably prove they could rule successfully, independent of God.

Once the charge of a lying dictatorial tyrant had been made publicly against the Creator, the court case commenced; God's name needed to be cleared. The position of chief defender and witness was taken up by his first created spiritkind son, who commenced working along with other defending advocates from amongst spiritkind and mankind providing evidence of their loyalty to their Father. Exercising their free choice, they have helped present the evidence that God was correct and truthful, and therefore worthy of rulership and sovereignty (Revelation 4:11 “You are worthy, Yhwh, even our God, to receive the glory and the honour and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created.”). Once the accusing plaintiff was proven guilty of sedition, slander, and manslaughter they would then be sentenced to receive just punishment under law. If the plaintiff was proved right, the Father would not be morally justified in imposing his right to rule and govern his Family; everybody could vie for the power.

This situation has not been good for the human race. Because of the death sentenced passed on to the first humans each generation inherited a reduced life span decaying into death, a situation not of their own individual making. Therefore the contingency plan was designed to incorporate a death relieving mechanism, enabling every human a fair opportunity to present their own individual chosen position on these issues. All would be provided an opportunity to decide and declare which camp they stood in.

The chief prosecutor and plaintiff was the original spiritkind rebel, referred to under the descriptive names of 'Devil' (accuser) and 'Satan' (opposer); the original man slayer of the human race along with many rebellion supporters recruited from both sides of the Family, spiritkind and mankind (John 8:44 You are from your father the Devil, and you wish to do the desires of your father. That one was a manslayer when he began, and he did not stand fast in the truth, because truth is not in him. When he speaks the lie, he speaks according to his own disposition, because he is a liar and the father of the lie). These have been working in a concerted effort to prove their charges. Both Chief Defender and Chief Prosecutor have access to the courts of God during the time allocated to hearing the evidence (Job 1:6-12)

6 Now it came to be the day when the sons of the true God entered to take their station before Yhwh, and even Satan proceeded to enter right among them. 7 Then Yhwh said to Satan: “Where do you come from?” At that Satan answered Yhwh and said: “From roving about in the earth and from walking about in it.” 8 And Yhwh went on to say to Satan: “Have you set your heart upon my servant Job, that there is no one like him in the earth, a man blameless and upright, fearing God and turning aside from bad?” 9 At that Satan answered Yhwh and said: “Is it for nothing that Job has feared God? 10 Have not you yourself put up a hedge about him and about his house and about everything that he has all around? The work of his hands you have blessed, and his livestock itself has spread abroad in the earth. 11 But, for a change, thrust out your hand, please, and touch everything he has [and see] whether he will not curse you to your very face.” 12 Accordingly Yhwh said to Satan: “Look! Everything that he has is in your hand. Only against him himself do not thrust out your hand!” So Satan went out away from the person of Yhwh.

All evidence submitted in the form of individual affidavits are required to be freely given and so based on free choice; whether individuals from spiritkind or mankind, no coerced or falsified statements are admitted; nobody is subpoenaed.

Over the last 6,000 years of human history much physical evidence has accumulated and is readily observable as to whether man can successfully govern himself. 

This unreasonable situation resulted in the entire Earth becoming full of violence with a population of degenerates. If the Nephilim were able to have children which may or may not have been possible due to the genetics of hybrids then a situation over many generations of inter or cross breeding could have developed that all but bred out the characteristics of free will from the human race by this Nephilim hybrid race. This situation would have negated the factor of free will and free choice and corrupted the evidence in the court case so needed to be dealt with by the court, Genesis 6:12 God saw the earth and, look! it was ruined, because all flesh had ruined its way on the earth.

This development pained God; he regretted the whole debased situation.

Genesis 6:1-5 Now it came about that when men started to grow in numbers on the surface of the ground and daughters were born to them, 2 then the sons of the [true] God began to notice the daughters of men, that they were good-looking; and they went taking wives for themselves, namely, all whom they chose. 3 After that Yhwh said: “My spirit shall not act toward man indefinitely in that he is also flesh. Accordingly his days shall amount to a hundred and twenty years.” 4 The Nephilim proved to be in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of the true God continued to have relations with the daughters of men and they bore sons to them, they were the mighty ones who were of old, the men of fame. 5 Consequently Yhwh saw that the badness of man was abundant in the earth and every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only bad all the time. 6 And Yhwh felt regrets that he had made men in the earth, and he felt hurt at his heart. 

It affected him in the much the same way as any loving father would be who learned that his older sons had been raping his younger daughters with resultant genetically defective children with an attitude of total contempt toward their father. Just imagine how you might feel in such a situation.

The record tells us that the entire population of possibly millions, were wiped out, all except one non contaminated family. The Nephilim race of hybrid, freakish offspring was entirely destroyed. The spirit creatures fathers that had materialised, dematerialised but were now restricted. Because of their crimes they were no longer allowed to re-enter the courts and activities of the organised spirit world, nor to give any further evidence in the universal court case. They had proved themselves corrupt witnesses and were thereby excluded from the court hearing; their evidence became inadmissible. The ability to materialise human bodies was removed from them. They were sentenced to be remanded for their criminal activities, restricted under confinement until the outcome of the court case had been proved.

This restricted condition is referred to in the Bible as Tartarus, "God did not hold back from punishing the angels that sinned, but by throwing them into Tartarus delivered them to pits of dense darkness to be reserved for judgement".

2 Peter 2:4-5 Certainly if God did not hold back from punishing the angels that sinned, but, by throwing them into Tartarus, delivered them to pits of dense darkness to be reserved for judgment; 5 and he did not hold back from punishing an ancient world, but kept Noah, a preacher of righteousness, safe with seven others when he brought a deluge upon a world of ungodly people;

Jude 6 "The angels that did not keep their original position but forsook their own proper dwelling place he has reserved with eternal bonds under dense darkness for the judgement of the great day".

Once the confining sentence was executed their influence over humans was drastically reduced. Being exiled from the spiritual courts of God they were cut off from their living conditions in the fourth dimension's perfect environment. They received no further information on the contingency plan's progress, so in the year 33 some 2,400 years after their confinement started, Jesus made special visits on these ones to inform them of the progress of the court case, it developments and the evidence stacking up against them in favour of God. "Christ..put to death in the flesh, but being made alive in the spirit..went..and preached to the spirits in prison, who had once been disobedient when the patience of God was waiting in Noah's day, while the ark was being constructed" (1 Peter 3:18-20).

They are still to this day on remand awaiting final sentencing. Note, this condition of Tartarus was not inflicted on Satan and all his spiritkind supporters, nor on any subsequent defecting recruits of his, as they apparently were not all stupid enough to misuse this power and suffer the consequences. Only a portion of these spiritkind rebels suffered this fate at that time but it was still a large number, possibly thousands.

Reverting back to the first Bible prophecy at Genesis 3:15, which referred to a special seed or offspring, "I shall make enemies between you (the spiritkind rebels) and the woman (God's loyal spiritkind supporters) and between your seed (recruited supporters of the rebellion) and her seed (God's loyal human offspring supporters). He will crush you in the head (the loyal offspring would deal a death blow to the rebels) and you will strike him in the heel (the rebels would first inflict a minor blow to the loyal human offspring)".  God foretold the outcome of the court case at the very time of its commencing, yet it still had to be proved.

1. He promised to make a great nation from his descendants.
Genesis 12:1 And Yhwh proceeded to say to A´bram: “Go your way out of your country and from your relatives and from the house of your father to the country that I shall show you; 2 and I shall make a great nation out of you...

2. He promised Abraham after he entered Canaan "to your offspring (seed) I will give this land".
Genesis 12:7 Yhwh now appeared to A´bram and said: “To your seed I am going to give this land.” After that he built an altar there to Yhwh, who had appeared to him.

3. And the most significant, God promised Abraham that "in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed (gain advantages)",
Genesis 12:3, ... all the families of the ground will certainly bless themselves by means of you.” and Gen 18:18 Why, Abraham is surely going to become a nation great and mighty, and all the nations of the earth must bless themselves by means of him.

To legalise these agreements and promises, God required the seal of circumcision.

Genesis 17:9-11  And God said further to Abraham: “As for you, you are to keep my covenant, you and your seed after you according to their generations. 10 This is my covenant that you men will keep, between me and you men, even your seed after you: Every male of yours must get circumcised. 11 And you must get circumcised in the flesh of your foreskins, and it must serve as a sign of the covenant between me and you. Genesis 17: 23-25 Abraham then proceeded to take Ish´ma·el his son and all the men born in his house and everyone purchased with money of his, every male among the men of the household of Abraham, and he went to circumcising the flesh of their foreskins in this very day, just as God had spoken with him. 24 And Abraham was ninety-nine years old when he had the flesh of his foreskin circumcised. 25 And Ish´ma·el his son was thirteen years old when he had the flesh of his foreskin circumcised. 

The circumcised penis of each male descendant of Abraham was confirmation that the seed would come through the line of Abraham's son Isaac. This through many generations linked to the great seed offspring that was to be born. The circumcised unbroken chain of descendants from Abraham formed a trail that could be followed to identify who the 'seed' would be: the star witness and chief vindicater of God's position. According to the first prophecy in the Bible it was this seed that would be involved in a minor  heel wounding fight, followed later by a fatal head wounding war.

Genesis 3:15 "And I shall put enmity between you and the woman and between your seed and her seed. He will bruise you in the head and you will bruise him in the heel.”.

Signposts had been set along the trail; somewhere down the chain of circumcised descendants of Abraham would come the offspring seed who was promised to provide great things for all the earth's populations by stamping on the head of the rebellion. As time passed, God laid down more signposts through the generations of time, which we shall examine later. The genealogical record in the Bible book of Matthew lists a lineage of 42 linking circumcised generations from Abraham arriving some 2,000 years later at the seed  in the form of Jesus Christ.

Romans 5:12 describes it this way; "It was through one man that sin (a substandard condition) came into the world and through sin (this substandard condition) death, and thus death has spread through the whole human race because everybody has sinned (all have inherited the substandard condition)". 

The whole human race was contaminated with this terminal condition. None of us instigated it, yet we all suffer the consequences of it. Not fair! God agrees and that is why he has arranged this rectifying mechanism of the "seed" so that the futile situation that now exists may not continue for all time without hope.

Romans 5:18 continues: "One man's offence brought condemnation on all humanity; and one man's good act (Christ's sacrifice of his uncontaminated life) has brought justification and life to all humanity".

By the scales of justice, humanity had through rebellion lost its original value; it had become substandard from God's view point. The scales needed to be balanced; a legal counter weight was required to redress the deficiency and re-balance the scales in order to provide a means of bringing substandard humans up to God's standard. This re-balancing counterweight creating the potential of humanity to return to God's family is the ransom sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

It provides the legal basis upon which the futile human situation of inherited dying can be counteracted. God's reply to the original lie propagated by the rebellion that we do not really die, we have an immortal soul which lives on after death, this lie is now perpetuated by the entire world's religions what a spin on the truth! (Genisis 3:4). The evidence proves God as truthful, the rebellion liars.

MEANS OF APPLYING THE COUNTER TO DEATH

This 'Kingdom' is the formation of a completely new theocratic governmental administration which will rule over all creation once the court issues are settled. Referred to well over one hundred times in the Greek bible scriptures: "Let your Kingdom come, Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth", (Matthew 6:10). "Keep on seeking first the Kingdom", (Matthew 6:33). "This good news of the Kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the world" (Matthew 24:14,). This Kingdom government will rule not only over the heavenly spiritkind population, but also over mankind.

This power also gave them the assurance that they had been re-inherited, specially recruited and adopted back into God's loyal family of Sons elevated up to God's standard. Romans 8:15-23 explains this: "You received a spirit of adoption as sons.. the spirit itself bears witness with our spirit that we are God's children.. also heirs indeed to God but joint heirs with Christ, provided we suffer together". Until they were invited and adopted they were like the rest of us disinherited substandard humans. All others are not sons of God, although we were originally made in God's image as Sons within his great family, we as a race of humans lost the image and the family when we became substandard.

In order for these specially selected ones to give evidential witness of their support for God's position, they signed the contract in their own blood. From the time of their adoption they must live and die a sacrificial death in loyal support of their God; no small undertaking. At an appointed time in the future they will receive a resurrection to their governmental positions. At Philippians 3:11 Paul says of himself "Submitting myself to a death like his (Jesus) to see if I might attain to the earlier resurrection from the dead".

A later revealing of new information was predicted by Jesus in the year 33 when he spoke to his apostle John just before he left Earth after his resurrection. After sorting out a confusion as to who Jesus was talking to, establishing that it was John and not Peter, Jesus said John would grow very old before he died, unlike the other apostles. The reason Jesus said, was that it was necessary for John to remain alive well into old age and beyond that 40 year generation of time, so that Jesus could make a special  scheduled visit with him. Jesus made this appointment with John in the year 33, it would not be kept until John was in his nineties some 63 years later circa  96.

John 21:18-24  Most truly I say to you (John), When you were younger, you used to gird yourself and walk about where you wanted. But when you grow old you will stretch out your hands and another man will gird you and bear you where you do not wish.” 19 This he said to signify by what sort of death he would glorify God. So, when he had said this, he said to him: “Continue following me.” 20 Upon turning about Peter saw the disciple whom Jesus used to love following, the one who at the evening meal had also leaned back upon his breast and said: “Lord, who is the one betraying you?”(John) 21 Accordingly, when he caught sight of him, Peter said to Jesus: “Lord, what will this man do?” 22 Jesus said to him: “If it is my will for him to remain until I come, of what concern is that to you? You continue following me.” 23 In consequence, this saying went out among the brothers, that that disciple would not die. However, Jesus did not say to him that he would not die, but: “If it is my will for him to remain until I come, of what concern is that to you?” 24 This is the disciple that bears witness about these things and that wrote these things, and we know that the witness he gives is true.

When the appointment arrived, new information on the next phase in building the Kingdom mechanism was presented to this very old, last living apostle. Acting as Jesus Christ's secretary John wrote up this revelation information that was mentally screened to him in virtual reality form. It was "to show his (future) servants, what must soon take place" (Revelation 1:1).

This new information rolls out the Kingdom plan from c96 onward many thousands of years into the future. It was not intended for Jesus' adopted brothers of that first century but for the benefit of a future group of adopted brothers to be. Jesus Christ between the years 33 and 66 had been over seeing the recruitment of members to this Kingdom government by God's invitation. Many thousands had volunteered during this period and remained faithful to death. Evidence seems to suggest that most of those recruits died anything but a natural death. However, the number of circumscribed memberships to this Kingdom was by no means fully subscribed to during this period. This was one of the 'new things' revealed to John about the Kingdom, that it was to be made up of 144,000 king priests, 

Revelation 7:4, And I heard the number of those who were sealed, a hundred and forty-four thousand, sealed out of every tribe of the sons of Israel: Rev 14:1-5 And I saw, and, look! the Lamb standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads. 2 And I heard a sound out of heaven as the sound of many waters and as the sound of loud thunder; and the sound that I heard was as of singers who accompany themselves on the harp playing on their harps. 3 And they are singing as if a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to master that song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who have been bought from the earth. 4 These are the ones that did not defile themselves with women; in fact, they are virgins. These are the ones that keep following the Lamb no matter where he goes. These were bought from among mankind as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb, 5 and no falsehood was found in their mouths; they are without blemish. Rev 20:6 Happy and holy is anyone having part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no authority, but they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with him for the thousand years.

CONSTRUCTING THE CONTINGENCY PLAN.

Phase 2. The seed provides the ransom sacrifice and basis for the legal restoration.

Phase 3. Setting up a Kingdom mechanism for restoring full family theocracy.

Phase 4. The first part of gathering in born again Sons of God as Kingdom recruits starts.

Phase 5. Future development plans provided in the Revelation reveals number in Kingdom is 144,000.

Phase 6. A second recruitment period of adopting Sons of God to complete the 144,000.

The loyal adopted Kingdom heirs sleeping in death by the time the last apostle died around 100 must have numbered many tens of thousands

Acts 2:41 - 3,000; Therefore those who embraced his word heartily were baptized, and on that day about three thousand souls were added. Acts 4:4 - 5,000; However, many of those who had listened to the speech believed, and the number of the men became about five thousand. Acts 5:14, More than that, believers in the Lord kept on being added, multitudes both of men and of women;  Acts 6:7, Consequently the word of God went on growing, and the number of the disciples kept multiplying in Jerusalem very much; and a great crowd of priests began to be obedient to the faith. Acts 11:21, Furthermore, the hand of Yhwh was with them, and a great number that became believers turned to the Lord. Acts 16:5 Therefore, indeed, the congregations continued to be made firm in the faith and to increase in number from day to day.

However we do not know how many failed to keep loyal to death, or committed the unforgivable sin by rejecting the special spiritual elevating power they had received working in direct opposition to it. This special power they received following their recruitment aided them to maintain a loyal stand toward God and the family and ensure their provisional Kingdom positions. It confirmed to them personally that they were indeed adopted into God's family as Sons brought up to God's standard.

Hebrews 6:4-8 For it is impossible as regards those who have once for all been enlightened, and who have tasted the heavenly free gift, and who have become partakers of holy spirit, 5 and who have tasted the fine word of God and powers of the coming system of things, 6 but who have fallen away, to revive them again to repentance, because they impale the Son of God afresh for themselves and expose him to public shame. 7 For example, the ground that drinks in the rain which often comes upon it, and that then brings forth vegetation suitable to those for whom it is also cultivated, receives in return a blessing from God. 8 But if it produces thorns and thistles, it is rejected and is near to being cursed; and it ends up with being burned. Hebrews 10:29 Of how much more severe a punishment, do you think, will the man be counted worthy who has trampled upon the Son of God and who has esteemed as of ordinary value the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and who has outraged the spirit of undeserved kindness with contempt? 

We do know that the predetermined number of 144,000 was not reached during this first century period of recruiting. We known this because Revelation 6:11 points to a future time after the first century ended when a second recruiting would take place. This follows the time when these first century spirit begotten sons of God are resurrected. It tells us that right at the beginning after being resurrected they are handed white robes and told "there will be a wait for a short while until the number is filled up to the required 144,000". In order for these remaining vacancies to be filled Christ needs to re-activate his active presence, through a second recruitment campaign, which would continue until every vacancy was filled. We shall be discussing later the Bible evidence that this second recruitment starts some 2000 years after the commencement of the first recruitment activity when a second recruitment campaign starts.

Between the last adopted son dying off  toward the end of the first century and the second recruitment time starts there have not been any adopted Sons of God present on the Earth.

Before the first century apostles died off along with their special power and knowledge they had been informed that the last days of the presence of Christ with these spiritual 'brothers' was coming to its end. This would bring a mass apostasy, or revolt against the true knowledge of the Kingdom of God and it would establish itself as an antichrist or opposition organisation to the "Kingdom". The last remaining apostle, John was in his 90s when he wrote encouraging letters to other adoptive brothers still alive in the year 98. At 1 John 2:18 he says: "This is the last hour! You were told that antichrist was to come. Well many antichrists have already appeared, proof to us that this is indeed the last hour". The allocated time was coming to an end; the first phase of the recruiting was ending with their deaths. The opposing apostasy was already in evidence and becoming strongly established. The last loyal recruits were dying off; no further individuals were being invited. The first "century "presence and generation was over. The lights of truth in the world were now about to go out as prophesied.

Time periods referred to, the 50,000 year great Jubilee cycle, the 7,000 year rest "day" and others need establishing chronologically with supporting scriptural evidence. This is covered in the next chapter.
